Through nearly twenty years of game industry experience, I got my start creating stunning complete environments, world assets, and material templates within a small team to set a high bar of visual quality for AAA titles including Destiny, and Destiny 2. Later, built and directed tight-knit cooperative art teams while setting the visual bar for Destiny 2's Live Service Game over the course of many years.
Throughout early creative experience, I did everything from leading a small team of fellow artists of a shared discipline, to managing complex asset pipelines with stakeholders from external departments. Later on, in recent years, I sharpened and grew my creative communication and decision-making skills to encompass Concept and Art Direction for all areas of visual development in a given release for Destiny 2. Tracking remaining work and closing down projects at a high bar of quality, gameplay and visual, all while creating and upholding standards to create a culture of vulnerability, acceptance, and inclusion among team members.
